About Primary & Urgent Care in Del Mar

Overview

Welcome to our Del Mar location, where we offer both Primary Care and Urgent Care. The office is located at the Del Mar Highlands Town Center towards the southern part of the complex near Jimbo’s. More specifically, the address is 12843 El Camino Real Suite 203, on the 2nd floor of the building. Open hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Mondays through Fridays, and 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM on the weekends. There is ample of free parking.

We have been practicing patient-centered, high quality primary care and urgent care in San Diego since 2005. Core to our mission is becoming a patient’s medical home. We want patients to rediscover the comfort of what was once a visit to the doctor’s office.

We offer same-or-next day appointments and our providers typically see fewer patients each day than the industry average, giving them more time to invest in and develop long-term relationships.

Note that we are in-network with most insurances and for those of you without insurance, our cash pay rates are competitive.

Directions

Perlman Clinic’s Del Mar location is conveniently located near the 5 Freeway at Del Mar Highlands Town Center — the same location as Jimbo’s, Ralphs, and Cinepolis. Exit the 5 Freeway on Del Mar Heights Road and head East, make a right on El Camino Real and Del Mar Highlands Town Center will be located to your left. Please note that we are on the 2nd floor towards the southern end of the complex, near Jimbo’s.

Parking

There is free parking at the Del Mar Highlands Town Center. There is an escalator and an elevator that will take you to our Perlman Clinic location on the 2nd floor.
