Primary & Urgent Care Downtown San Diego

Welcome to our Downtown San Diego location, where we offer both Primary Care and Urgent Care. The office is located at 555 W C St. Suite 102 and is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mondays through Fridays. It has 6 exam rooms and a comfortable reception area, similar to our other locations. Please note that there is parking in the building and we validate. You can enter the parking structure, located at 501 West C St, either from Columbia St (right as you pass C St) or India St (after turning off-broadway). We are located in the same building as the parking garage, on C St.

We have been practicing patient-centered, high quality primary and urgent care in San Diego since 2005. Core to our mission is becoming a patient’s medical home. We want patients to rediscover the comfort of what was once a visit to the doctor’s office.

We offer same-or-next day appointments and our providers typically see fewer patients each day than the industry average, giving them more time to invest in and develop long-term relationships.

Note that we are in-network with most insurances and for those of you without insurance, our cash pay rates are competitive.
