Mental Health Services (Therapy and Psychiatry): If you have to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. We charge a $75 late cancellation or no show fee for missed mental health appointments. 

 

All other departments (Primary and Urgent Care, Dermatology, etc.): If you have to cancel, please do so at least 1 hour prior to your appointment. We charge a $30 late cancellation or no show fee for missed appointments.
