Rachel Dillon, RDN

Rachel D “The RD” was born and raised in San Diego, CA. She graduated from the Didactic Program in Dietetics with a Bachelor’s degree in Foods and Nutrition and a Minor in Psychology from San Diego State University, and completed her Accredited Dietetic Internship with Sodexo.Rachel has experience working in hospitals, inpatient and outpatient eating disorder facilities, and food media. She currently serves as the Senior Registered Dietitian for Scripps Mercy Chula Vista.

Rachel practices intuitive eating and believes “all foods fit”. She enjoys making nutrition simple and fun, and strives for all her patients to develop a better relationship with food – no matter their unique health conditions. In her free time she enjoys going to Chargers and Padres games, singing, knitting, and exploring coffee on her blog The Coffeetritionist.
