Rachel Todd, PA-C is a native to San Diego. She attended Point Loma Nazarene University where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Applied Health Science. She worked as an EMT as well as in a Mitochondrial/Metabolic clinic prior to beginning PA school. She attended Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine for completion of her Master degree in Physician Assistant studies. Upon completing her Master of Physician Assistant Studies, she worked in a Sports Medicine Orthopedic clinic for 3 years, gaining extensive experience with injections using ultrasound guidance along with her time in the operating room. As an addition to the Perlman Clinic team she continues to focus on sports medicine but has expanded her scope of practice to all disciplines of family medicine.

In her free time, Rachel prioritizes time with her family and friends and enjoys pilates, cooking, reading, and playing with her weiner dog Maple.
