“FNP, Friend, Advocate”

Tracy Canonizado is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from San Diego State University and went on to complete her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Hawai’i Manoa. A short while later, she completed her Doctorate of Nursing Practice specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner also from the University of Hawai’i Manoa. Tracy’s passion for healthcare has driven her to the Perlman Clinic where she hopes to help educate patients on health issues, both chronic and acute, build a long-lasting clinician-patient relationship, and work together to develop wellness plans. 

Tracy loves spending her time away from work with her husband, two year old son, and fur baby, Crimson, who is a Maltese/Bichon mix. Her favorite activities with them are the simple ones, playing in the park, brunch at home, and having family over for barbecues in the backyard.
