About Primary & Urgent Care in Carlsbad

Overview

Our Perlman Clinic in Carlsbad is located in The Forum at 1905 Calle Barcelona, Suite 211. It is on the second floor above Urban Outfitters. There is ample parking in the rear of our building along with both elevator and escalator access. The office has 6 exam rooms along with a comfortable reception area, which our patients expect at a Perlman Clinic.

We have been practicing patient-centered, high quality primary and urgent care in San Diego since 2005. Core to our mission is becoming a patient’s medical home. We want patients to rediscover the comfort of what was once a visit to the doctor’s office. Visit Perlman Clinic if you need primary or urgent care in Carlsbad. 

We offer same-or-next day appointments and our providers typically see fewer patients each day than the industry average, giving them more time to invest in and develop long-term relationships.

We are grateful to provide North County patients with primary and urgent care in Carlsbad. If you are a potential new patient, please give us a chance to become your North County Medical Home.

Our goal is to provide continuous care to our patients, and not be limited to an anecdotal Urgent Care visit. So, even if you start with an Urgent Care visit, we hope to earn your trust and provide follow-up care.

Directions

Perlman Clinic’s Carlsbad location (very close to Encinitas) is conveniently located near the 5 Freeway at The Forum — the same location that the Apple store in North County is located. Exit the 5 Freeway on Leucadia Blvd and head East, make a left on Garden View Road and The Forum will be located to your right. Please note that we are located upstairs above Urban Outfitters. If you are arriving on El Camino Real, turn West on Calle Barcelona and The Forum will be on your left. Our office is located toward the rear of The Forum above Urban Outfitters.

Parking

There is free parking at The Forum. In addition to the fields of parking in front of our building, there is ample parking along the rear of our building. There is an escalator and an elevator that will take you to our Perlman Clinic location upstairs at The Forum.

Yes! However, if it’s a newborn (any patient under 2 years old) please call in advance to make sure we can see the patient. If easier, you can use the “schedule appointment” button in the upper right and it will allow you filter by age.

Of Course! We always suggest scheduling an appointment (to make sure your appointment starts on time) but we always take walk-ins at our primary & urgent care carlsbad.

Our primary and urgent care Carlsbad is located on the 2nd floor of the Forum, right above Urban Outfitters

No. Parking is free at this primary & urgent care location. There is parking in the rear.

Yes, we generally do provide the seasonal flu vaccine. That said, please call in advance to make sure there are no issues when you show up. We would love to see you at our primary and urgent care Carlsbad!

It depends on the appointment, but we generally recommend giving yourself 30 minutes to an hour.
