Our office in Clairemont is conveniently located off the Balboa Avenue East exit from the 5 Freeway and Moraga Avenue in the De Anza View Medical Center. Our ground floor location allows easy access and free parking. LabCorp is also located in the De Anza Medical Center.

We have been practicing patient-centered, high quality primary and urgent care in San Diego since 2005. Core to our mission is becoming a patient’s medical home. Primary & Urgent Care Clairemont FAQ

Of course! We see a lot of patients for primary care and would love to establish care with you on a primary care basis. That said, we also offer Urgent Care services for those of you who have a primary care provider already.

Yes! You can walk-in on an urgent care basis. However, we recommend you call ahead to try to schedule a same-day appointment. That way you can avoid waiting at the clinic and be seen at a time that is convenient for you.

We accept most major insurances. Please look at the list of insurances here. We know insurance can be confusing so always feel free to call us at 858.554.1212 with any questions.

We’re in the De Anza View Medical Center, which is off the Balboa Avenue East exit from the 5 Freeway. Our address is 3737 Moraga Ave, Suite B-103.
