MPMG HMO: Perlman Clinic will no longer participate in the MPMG network effective January 1, 2027
United Healthcare Harmony HMO: United Healthcare Harmony HMO will no longer include the UCSD network effective January 1, 2027.
Sharp Health Plan Medicare Advantage: Sharp Health Plan will no longer offer individual Medicare Advantage plans for 2027.
Aetna Medicare Advantage PPO: Aetna will no longer offer individual Medicare Advantage PPO plans for 2027.
