“LCSW, Friend, Advocate”

Brenda Rodriguez is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering behavioral health services to adults. She has worked in the social work field for over a decade in multiple settings such as in schools, community based mental health agencies and community clinics. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work from California State University of Los Angeles. She went on to graduate from California State University of Long Beach with a Master of Social Work degree. 

Brenda has worked hand in hand with those struggling with depression, anxiety, and interpersonal struggles. Her style is to build a therapeutic alliance in a curious and compassionate matter. She has worked along patients in order for them to see their strengths and abilities in order them to make necessary changes. Her approach is very client centered and mainly comes from a humanistic and strength based approach. However, she understands that each individual requires different needs in order to feel empowered in their own unique way and so my approach changes to fit everyone’s unique perspective.
