Jasmine Kaur, LMFT, is dedicated to providing culturally responsive and inclusive care, recognizing the importance of each individual’s unique background in the therapeutic process. She takes a client-centered approach and utilizes evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and mindfulness-based interventions.

Jasmine has experience working with individuals navigating addiction, anxiety, depression, OCD, self-esteem challenges, and life stressors. Her background includes working in Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs) for addiction and anxiety. Committed to fostering growth and resilience, Jasmine strives to improve the well-being of others through compassion, education, and evidence-based care.
