Jason Lee FNP-C

“FNP-C, Friend, Advocate”

Jason Lee, MSN, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong passion for providing the highest quality patient-centered care and promoting patient advocacy. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Azusa Pacific University and developed a strong foundation in high-acuity patient care and advocacy, critical decision-making, and leadership skills as a charge nurse and trauma nurse in a Level 1 Trauma Center Surgical ICU as well as an Army Reserves Critical Care nurse. He graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a Master of Science in Nursing from Azusa Pacific University and obtained his national Family Nurse Practitioner board certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification board.

As a provider, his goal is to promote preventative healthcare through mutual partnership and joint efforts with his patients and an emphasis in health education and supportive care. His focus is always on delivering safe, evidence-based, and compassionate care to all patients and ensuring patients feel heard, respected, and cared for.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and his two dogs (Red-Tri Australian Shepherd and Golden Retriever) as well as finding the best spots for good food in San Diego. When he’s not spending time with family or eating a delicious pizza or California burrito, he also loves to go to the gym, play sports, or head to the movie theater for a large bucket of popcorn and a large vanilla Coke to catch as many new releases as possible in those nice reclining movie theater chairs.
