Kelsey Abrahamsen is a board-certified Physician Assistant who has been with Perlman Clinic since 2019, providing full-spectrum primary care for patients of all ages and genders. She is passionate about preventive medicine and partnering with patients to make informed, sustainable choices for their health and wellbeing. She provides a holistic approach to wellness—addressing lifestyle, nutrition, stress, and emotional wellbeing alongside medical care.
She has a special interest in women’s health, including contraception management, preconception planning, and care through perimenopause and menopause with a focus on individualized hormone therapy.
Kelsey is passionate about helping women navigate each stage of life with confidence and balance. She takes a patient-centered approach, ensuring her patients are informed, empowered, and actively involved in their health decisions.
Kelsey earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Montana State University and completed her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, where she served as President of her PA program.
Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys staying active, spending time with her family, playing soccer, training jiu-jitsu, and exploring the outdoors with her dog, Stanley.
