Michael Louie, M.D. is a board-certified urologist with extensive experience in academic medicine, private practice, and specialty clinical care. He earned his B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and his M.D. from Boston University before completing his residency and chief residency in Urology at Ohio State University, followed by a fellowship in Minimally Invasive Urologic Surgery at UC Irvine.

Over the course of his career, Dr. Louie has served as faculty at UC Irvine, where he held leadership roles including Director of the Urology Residency Program and Director of the Endourology Fellowship Program. He has also directed robotic and minimally invasive surgery programs and contributed significantly to urologic education and research, authoring numerous publications. Dedicated to advancing patient care, he continues to combine academic expertise with compassionate, individualized treatment.
