“LMFT, Friend, Advocate”

Danelle Spikes, LMFT earned her Masters of Arts in Psychology at Brandman University in Irvine California. She also earned her Masters of Science in Education from Capella University in Minneapolis Minnesota. Danelle has worked with adult, youth and older adult populations at psychiatric hospitals, crisis centers, schools, community programs and private practice. She has also utilized group, individual, couples and classroom settings to apply therapeutic techniques for the betterment of the individual(s) seeking change in their lives.

Addiction, bipolar, anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, marital challenges, and betterment of self are some Danelle’s areas of expertise. She believes in providing an opportunity for one to safely explore challenges, past and present events for increased awareness to develop and strengthen skills with the hopes of enhancing life experiences. Danelle also believes mindfulness, awareness and psychoeducation are important keys in creating a better sense of self.
