Emily Boydston is a board certified Physician Assistant born and raised in Southern California. She attended Point Loma Nazarene University, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a degree in biochemistry. After gaining clinical experience through volunteering, serving on missions, and working as a family medicine scribe, she went on to attend PA school at Western University of Health Sciences. Prior to working with the Perlman Clinic, Emily specialized in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Her clinical philosophy centers around walking alongside her patients in whatever portion of their health journey they may be in. She recognizes the privilege it is to be trusted with your health and is here to provide everything from a listening ear, to clinically sound recommendations, and patient advocacy.

In her free time, Emily enjoys gardening, hiking, camping, attending concerts, and relaxing with her friends, family, and cat named Kip.
