“PA, Friend, Advocate”
Meaghan Saint, PA-C completed her undergraduate studies at Cal Poly SLO with a major in Biology and minor in Spanish. She then attended Samuel Merritt University in Oakland where she completed her Master Physician Assistant degree in 2002.
Meaghan worked in endocrinology for many years, where she enjoyed treating patients of all ages who had diabetes, thyroid disease, and other general endocrine disorders. She enjoyed working to treat “the whole patient” rather than just prescribing medications.
Currently, Meaghan does clinical research in all areas of healthcare and has a particular interest in obesity medicine. She is thrilled to be joining the health and wellness department of Perlman Clinic, where she really feels she can make an impact and help patients improve their health with lifestyle interventions and medications when indicated.
Meaghan enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and 3 kids. They commonly take trips to the lake or to the beach and enjoy all types of water sports.
