“PA-C, Friend, Advocate”

Sarah Mott, PA-C is a board-certified physician assistant. She received her Bachelor of Science in Animal Science at Cal Poly, SLO and her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Midwestern University. 

Sarah has a background in both Internal Medicine and Pain Management. She believes in treating the whole person to increase quality of life and that compassion, empathy and shared-decision making are essential components of high quality care. 

In her free time Sarah enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and four children.
